  • Do you take insurance?

    At this time, Simply Speech Therapy accepts some insurance plans. Please see “Services” tab. Superbills can be provided upon request for private pay clients, to be submitted by the client for potential reimbursement. Clients are responsible for inquiring with insurance regarding any necessary information prior to initiating services.

  • What are benefits of private pay services?

    Private pay services allow for a truly individualized treatment plan based only on the client’s needs, and without insurance limitations. No referrals are needed, so services can begin right away! More time can be spent creating personalized sessions and family inclusion.

  • Do you offer teletherapy?

    Yes, we service clients all throughout the state of North Carolina. Teletherapy is convenient, effective, and just as fun as in-person therapy!

  • How long and often are sessions?

    This is all dependent on the severity and individual needs of the client. We offer 30 minute and 45 minute sessions, and frequency ranging from 1 - 2 times per week. Length and frequency are recommended by the therapist based upon the results of the evaluation.

  • How do we get started?

    Start by scheduling a free 15 minute phone consultation. If the client has not had a formal evaluation in the last six months, we will schedule one. This will determine eligibility of services, as well as length and frequency of services recommended to best meet the needs of the client.

  • What population do you work with?

    We serve the pediatric population . We specialize in early intervention and preschool ages.
